

If there is a problem with any of our products, or you are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.
You can return any item within 30 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund. We will also refund the delivery charges if we have made a mistake.
We will accept returns of complete products, unused and in an "as new" condition but please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of DVD's once the seal has been broken.
Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of the products and the packaging.
Our aim is to delivery your order within 3-5 working days. Returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.
Delivery timescales are subject to stock being available.
All smaller items will be delivered by post.
Your postcode and the type of product will determine the delivery method we use.
Orders may be delivered on more than one vehicle as this allows us to use specialist carriers.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes with any of our delivery services.
